Home and Garden Show spaces are available inside the Conference Center,  as well as in the garden, patio and parking lot areas.

  • All indoor spaces include covered table, two chairs, and one 110v/500w electrical outlet.
  • Deluxe outdoor spaces include canopy,  covered table, two chairs, and one 110v/500w electrical outlet
  • Basic outdoor spaces do not include canopy, covered table, two chairs, and 110v/500w electrical outlet.
  • Exhibitors who use their own canopy must anchor the canopy with at least 20 pounds of weight per canopy leg. Stakes are not permitted.

 All Emergency Expo/Vintage Emeregency Expo spaces are in the Conference Center parking lot.

Waivers do not apply to Sunday exhibiting, sponsorships, marketing options and Home and Garden Show spaces. Exhibitors who received a fee waiver for the 2012 Emergency Expo are not required to re-apply for the waiver, but must re-apply for event registration by clicking on the Online Application bar in the upper right hand corner.  Select all your chosen options.  In the Payment Selection select Authorized Fee Waiver.  The fee will be waived for your exhibit space, all other selection will be invoice.

Outdoor Exhibitor Services
Basic and Custom Outdoor Exhibit Spaces do not include canopy, table, chairs and electricity. These items are included with the Deluxe Outdoor Space.  Individual items are available as follows:
10 x 10 Canopy with weight bags = $40.00
Covered Table & two chairs = $25.00
Additional  Chairs = $5.00 each
110v/500w electrical outlet = $25.00

The Emergency Expo exhibitors are not limited by category, however all exhibits should be related to emergency activities such as emergency preparedness, response, survival and recovery.

Payment

Visa and MasterCard are accepted on-line or by phone. Checks should be mailed immediately.

Only those who pay in full on registration, submit a completed Exhibitor Agreement and a BOE-410D are eligible to select their space location and begin appearing on the web site immediately.

Authorized Fee Waivers:  A limited number of Emergency Expo fee waivers are available for government agencies and non-profit organizations. Refund Policy: Not all fees are refundable. The amount of refund may depend on the date the refund is requested. Some fees may not be refundable after a certain date. As you complete the online application the refund information for each fee is viewed by clicking on Refund Policy Details to the right of the fee.  If Refund Policy Details are not present, that fee is not refundable. For the fees that are refundable, the maximum refund is 75% of fees paid. Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the credit card account charged. Payments made by check will be refunded by a check issue within 10 days of the request for refund.
