51st Annual Workshop on Transportation Law

The Legal Resources Group of the Transportation Research Board is pleased to announce the 51st Annual Workshop on Transportation Law. This annual workshop is unique in bringing together lawyers representing federal, state, and local agencies and the private sector who work in all areas of transportation law. The Workshops aim to keep practitioners current on important areas of the law, while reflecting the growth and evolution of America's transportation system. This workshop attracts more than 150 lawyers, engineers, and transportation planners.
Workshop participants not only present unusual cases, but often identify potential legal problems before they become widespread predicaments. The workshop's greatest success, however, is providing a forum in which attorneys from federal, state, and local highway and transit organizations come together once a year to exchange problems and propose solutions.

The registration fee covers all sessions of the workshop program and papers distributed at or following the workshop, plus the Sunday evening reception, Tuesday evening cooking school demonstration & dinner, Monday through Wednesday continental breakfasts, and morning and afternoon coffee breaks. Spouses/guests and families of attendees are invited to enjoy continental breakfast in the TRB Hospitality Room Monday and Tuesday.
Refunds will be issued, less a $50 cancellation fee, for all cancellations received in writing by June 15, 2012.
No refunds will be issued thereafter.
