SEPA Annual Meeting - Sponsor Registration

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express by using our online payment system. Final deadline for payment is February 15, 2020. Please use the button above to register.

Checks will be accepted for payment until February 15, 2021. Names and email addresses must accompany all checks or they will be mailed back to the sender.


For Annual Meeting registration refunds, only a portion of the fees will be refunded.  This helps offset costs we acquire while planning.  The refund policy is as follows: 60+ days out will forfeit 50%. 15 – 59 days will forfeit 75% 14 days or less will forfeit 100%.
