SEPA Annual Meeting - Exhibitor Registration

The 67th Annual Meeting will be held at The DoubleTree by Hilton™ at the Entrance to Universal Orlando March 17 – 20, 2021. The Exhibits will be located in the same general area as the SEPA Poster Sessions which will take place in our spacious 19,000+ square foot Exhibitor Hall.

A standalone 10x10 booth cost $650.00. The price includes: the space itself for the entire exhibit period; two 6-foot skirted table, two side chairs, a wastebasket, a sign showing the firm name, janitorial service for the aisles in the exhibit area; and two registration badges.

All SEPA Exhibitors are welcome to attend all scheduled events.

For Annual Meeting registration refunds, only a portion of the fees will be refunded.  This helps offset costs we acquire while planning.  The refund policy is as follows: 60+ days out will forfeit 50%. 15 – 59 days will forfeit 75% 14 days or less will forfeit 100%.

 

Registration:

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express by using our online payment system. Final deadline for payment is February 5, 2021. Please use the button above to register. Checks will be accepted for payment until February 15, 2021. Names and email addresses must accompany all checks or they will be mailed back to the sender.
