SEPA^65th Annual Meeting

SEPA 2021 in Orlando is on! The 67th Annual Meeting will be held at The DoubleTree by Hilton™ at the Entrance to Universal Orlando March 17 – 20, 2021. Although we know you’re eager to travel, we also understand the safety of your family, friends, students and colleagues is your most important consideration. Attend the 67th SEPA Annual Meeting with confidence knowing Orlando’s wide-open spaces and expansive theme parks and hotel properties give you plenty of room to spread out. More importantly, the Orlando businesses are working hard to provide you with peace of mind by employing enhanced safety procedures and formal programs that follow guidelines from the CDC and other health officials. As such, they are using vigorous standards to protect you. These businesses include trusted theme park brands such as Walt Disney World^® Resort, Universal Orlando Resort and SeaWorld^® Orlando. Trusted hoteliers like Hilton Worldwide, Marriott International, and Rosen Hotels & Resorts.

CityWalk is also open and welcoming back guests. Things will be a little different when you arrive with new operational guidelines that put both your safety and the safety of our Orlando Team Members first. For now a face covering with a light and breathable fabric is a requirement when visiting the Annual Meeting, parks, CityWalk, and the hotel. Major kudos to those with fun themes and designs. You’ll look awesome in your Mickey Mouse mask rocking out on Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit (yes, they’re required to be worn on rides, too). The good news is if you forget your face covering, you can ask a Team Member for a replacement because businesses, health experts and local governments are working together to ensure your health and safety while visiting us in Orlando.

Not quite ready to travel again?  Not to worry, we have you covered with a virtual option along with virtual continuing education credits if desired.  Please note you may change your registration type from virtual to onsite and vice versa by contacting the SEPA Central Office prior to Friday, February 5, 2021. sepa@citdel.edu
