General Information

You must register for the meeting and obtain a confirmation number before you can access the Abstract Submission portal. If you have not yet registered for the meeting, please do so now. If you already submitted an abstract for consideration for a Research Highlight Talk or Trainee Travel Award, do not submit another abstract on that material. Investigators who have multiple federally- and/or privately-funded BRAIN Initiative projects should prepare at least one, separate abstract for each project. Poster content (level of detail determined by submitter) will be available on-demand for the duration of the June 1 and 2 virtual event.

Abstract Submission Final Deadline: CLOSED

Guidelines for Abstract Submissions

Each federally- and privately-funded BRAIN project team is welcome to submit an abstract for the virtual event. Please coordinate with your lab and/or research team to ensure duplicate abstracts are not submitted. If you are participating in a large, multi-component/sub-project/site effort, multiple abstracts that address the different facets of your project may be submitted.

Please review the formatting and requirements for your virtual poster presentation here. Note: Abstracts will be used to create an abstract book (downloadable PDF) that will be publicly accessible on the virtual meeting platform.
