Given the evolving public health crisis and the decision to hold the 6th Annual BRAIN Initiative Investigators Meetings virtually, this year’s meeting program has been adapted to a two-day period: June 1-2, 2020. As such, the Program Committee had to make the difficult decision to cull some of the scientific content originally planned for the in-person event. All abstracts submitted for a Research Highlight Talks will be highlighted solely during the virtual poster session.

Additional information and details regarding the virtual poster session format were emailed on Friday, May 8. If you did not receive this email, please contact Heather Cameron, today! Please also complete the linked Poster Options Form.

The Program Committee and NIH BRAIN Leadership are considering a summer or fall webinar series to showcase projects that would have been presented in Research Highlight Talk tracks during the in-person meeting. However, we are aware that the coronavirus pandemic continues to evolve and has already significantly disrupted laboratory functions. Accordingly, we will wait to confirm this decision or make any additional plans, potentially after the June 1-2 virtual BRAIN PI Meeting.
