All products to be exhibited must be directly related to human brain research and medical practice and are subject to approval by NIH/NINDS Brain Initiative staff.

Exhibitors must comply with FDA regulations concerning the exhibition of investigational products and Class III devices.

Exhibitor identification on all signs, graphics, and literature must be the organization name(s) submitted on the Exhibitor Application.

Notification of an exhibitor’s decision to cancel or reduce space must be made in writing by May 22, 2020. The effective date of booth space cancellation will be the date on which a written notice is received by Exhibit Management.
