About one in every three deaths in America are associated with heart disease, stroke, and other cardiovascular disease. (American Heart Association At-a-Glance, 2016) Are your up-to-date with the latest information to combat this disease in your patients?

Join us in January on a day focused on cardiovascular disease management in adults within a variety of healthcare settings. Our expert practitioners will provide updates on heart failure, pulmonary hypertension, and cardiac devices.

You will participate in discussions on improving patient safety with the management of warfarin in primary care and managing women with heart disease following a heart attack. Hear from our beside experts, Clinical Nurse Leaders (CNL), on new evidence that supports cardiac patient outcomes. Our CNL will discuss new evidence on the effects of mock codes on the confidence levels of nurses responding to codes.Connect with your peers to consider solutions to care and learn best-practices through case studies.
