Getting Here:Participants may choose to fly into either
O'Hare International Airport or
Chicago's Midway Airport. IIT's Rice Campus is conveniently located minutes from both I-88 and I-355. A taxi to the area from either airport should cost around $40-50.
Conference Hotels and Accommodations:The VoIP Conference and Expo official hotel is the
Hilton Lisle/Naperville.
- Conference room rates are $89.00 per night, with free Internet included. This rate is available for Monday, October 11-Thursday, October 14 and is subject to prevailing taxes. You must make your reservation prior to September 21 to obtain this rate.
- When making reservations by phone, please call the Hilton reservation center at 1-800-HILTONS and refer to the IIT Group Code, CIIT.
- When making reservations online, please enter CIIT in the Group/Convention # code box.
- Please book early to ensure room availability. Any reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be subject to availability and at the hotel's prevailing room rate.
- All reservations that are guaranteed and and are not cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the arrival date will be billed to the company or the individual, depending on the billing method.
- Free shuttle bus transportation will be provided to and from IIT's Rice Campus on all days of the event.
