Table-top Exhibits
A limited number of table-top exhibits are available (placement assigned by TRB). The products and/or services to be displayed must be related to the symposium topic. Exhibits are open 5:30pm-8:00pm during the Sunday Reception and Noon-2:00pm during Monday's Lunch.
Fee includes
· One draped table
· Two chairs
· One complimentary registration*
· A listing in the Final Program
*Additional personnel must register for the symposium at an additional cost
Rules & Regulations
· Exhibitors will be responsible for ordering and paying for their own electricity, Internet, shipping, and any other services directly from the hotel or designated vendors.
· Exhibit displays are limited to the table-top space only. Distribution of literature may be made only from the exhibit.
· Security will not be provided. Please be sure not to leave items of value unattended since the exhibit space is located in public space. TRB and the hotel are not liable for damage or loss to exhibitor’s property through theft, fire, accident, or any other cause. Exhibitors should insure their exhibits and display materials. TRB will not assume liability for any injury that may occur to symposium attendees, exhibitors or their agents and employees, or others. The exhibitor shall indemnify and hold harmless TRB and their respective employees, agents, representatives, and contractors for any and all claims, losses, costs (including reasonable attorneys fees and costs), damages and/or injury to property and persons (including death).
· TRB reserves the right to make final decisions for any and all exhibit matters not specifically covered herein that may arise.
