Registration fees include all sessions, committee meetings, coffee breaks, lunches and Sunday and Monday receptions.
Spouses and guests are welcome to attend the receptions (note the fees below for additional tickets).

Refunds will be issued, less a $50 cancellation fee, for all cancellations received in writing by August 1, 2011. No refunds will be issued thereafter.
