Dipak is an operating partner with Pamplona Capital Management. He has completed 4 healthcare acquisitions with Pamplona and served as the interim Chief Operations Officer for one of its portfolio companies. Prior to Pamplona, Dipak was a managing director within Accenture’s Healthcare strategy group.  He worked with over 40 different healthcare organizations ranging from small startups to Fortune 15 companies on a wide variety of initiatives including strategic planning, product development, patient access, revenue cycle, and operating model redesign. Dipak sits on the board of directors for Make-A-Wish Illinois. Dipak has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University.

Matthew Pettit founded Seven Hills Capital in order to bring a unique long-term operating perspective to healthcare services investing. 

Prior to forming Seven Hills, Matt founded Ascend Dermatology with the goal of creating an organization that provides world-class, compassionate care to dermatology patients and offers a unique succession planning vehicle for dermatology practice owners. Matt served as the CEO of Ascend where he oversaw operations, the construction of a corporate team and associated back office support center, and all financial functions. Additionally, Matt led business development sourcing and the execution of several add-on-acquisitions. Ascend merged into Forefront Dermatology in 2016. 

Matt developed his passion for healthcare after being involved with several successful ventures as an investor and advisor while at MCP Capital, Beecken Petty O’Keefe and Company, and Piper Jaffray. He worked with companies in the healthcare information technology, practice management, staffing, infusion and home health sectors. Matt has also made personal investments in the healthcare space, targeting primarily outpatient services and personal wellness. In conjunction with his personal investing, Matt served on the Board of Directors of LYFE Kitchen. 

Matt received his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and his Masters in accounting and B.S. from The Ohio State University.  


Victoria PoindexterVictoria Poindexter

Ms. Poindexter has over twenty years of experience in investment banking, including corporate and municipal finance and mergers and acquisitions.  With a primary focus on the acute and managed care sectors, Ms. Poindexter has provided a broad spectrum of strategic, capital markets, merger and acquisition, and real estate advisory services to providers and payors nationwide.  She has recently completed engagements for Casa Grande Regional Medical Center (AZ), Life and Specialty Ventures (AR), Maryland Physicians Care, ProHealth Care (WI), Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago (IL), Rockford Health System (IL), Southern Illinois Healthcare, and Trinity Health (MI).

Prior to the formation of H2C, she spent fifteen years with Shattuck Hammond Partners (acquired by Morgan Keegan & Company in 2007), becoming an equity partner in 2001 and serving on the management committee.  Ms. Poindexter began her investment banking career in the Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions Group of PaineWebber Incorporated, and subsequently joined the Public Finance Health Care Group, where she led the Group’s mergers and acquisitions practice.  

Ms. Poindexter received her M.B.A. (with distinction) and B.S. (magna cum laude) from New York University, Stern School of Business.  A former ballet dancer, she continues to support dance as Board Treasurer for SPDW Dance Theatre and as an executive committee member of the Women’s Board of The Joffrey Ballet.  She is a frequent speaker to healthcare industry groups on topics such as capital markets and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Robertson originates, executes and monitors investments for the firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Robertson spent eight years with Antares Capital Corporation, where he led the structuring, underwriting and documentation of transactions. Mr. Robertson also ran Antares Special Opportunities Partners, a distressed debt investment vehicle. Prior to Antares, Mr. Robertson spent three years at LaSalle Bank N.A. Mr. Robertson graduated cum laude from Babson College with a BS in finance and investments and has an MBA from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
