93rd Annual AZ Water Conference

What’s NEW this year?

Sometimes our comfort zones have to be challenged before we can change and grow.  AZ Water has leaned into the pandemic challenge and changed our Conference and Exhibition to a full virtual conference experience.  In addition to our live conference event featuring an opening Keynote and four panel discussions from 11 am- 1 pm each day during the week of July 20, our on-demand virtual program offers over 150 technical video presentations including eleven extended operator training sessions.  Over 80 hours of on-demand content will be available to registrants beginning July 13 and accessible until October 31, 2020.  On-demand presentations gives you the ability to view anytime and from anywhere with internet access. 

Pre-Registered Attendees

If you registered for our conference before the pandemic, you can choose to modify your registration and join us for the virtual conference or you can request a refund.  During this process, you'll have the option to apply fees previously paid to our 2021 conference. 

New Registrations

If you are not currently registered for our conference, you can do so at any time and in fact, we'll be accepting registrations 90 days post-conference to allow access to our on-demand content until October 31, 2020.

• Group Registration - Register large groups of attendees at the same time.  If you select Group Registration from the drop down box for registration type, the email addresses of those being registered will be verified automatically against our list of current AZ Water members and will automatically be shifted over to member pricing rates.  
• AWWA Utility Members - Designed with our utility members in mind, you can now utilize a specially designed registration path to register large groups of attendees at member pricing rates.  If you select Utility Member from the drop down box for registration type, the email address of those being registered will be verified automatically against a list of email domain names provided by AWWA.  
• Modify Registration – Easily login to your registration profile using your confirmation number which will be located in your confirmation email, to change details about your conference experience. If a refund is due to you based on your modification, our registration staff will process it back to the credit card originally utilized. If payment was made by check, we ask that you send a request in writing to AZ Water for processing by our AZ Water Treasurer.  Please allow up to 14 business days for refund processing.
