Frequently Asked Questions

Question:

1) How do I ensure that I will receive an accurate PDH Certificate after the conference?

Answer:

The virtual conference platform will track the time each session is viewed for each attendee from July 13 - October 31, 2020. You will be emailed a link to your PDH certificate in August 2020 and then monthly thereafter for those that continue to earn credits until the end of October. We suggest that attendees manually track sessions viewed using the 2020 PDH Tracking Form available in the printed program guide and on our conference website.

2) How many Professional Development Hours (PDH) are available by attending the 2020 conference?

Answer:

Professional Development Hours (PDHs) are available for attending the keynote, panel discussions, operator training and technical sessions. During our virtual conference you have the opportunity to earn a maximum of 75 PDHs with on-demand content available through October 31, 2020. PDHs will be awarded based on your virtual attendance and the licensee is responsible for choosing sessions that meet the PDH requirements for their specific certification. AZ Water will issue a certificate to indicate the number of PDHs awarded during the conference, but cannot guarantee that all PDHs will qualify for every licensee.

3) How do I access the virtual conference?

Answer:

Attendees will need to download the AZ Water Mobile App to access the virtual conference on their smart phone or tablet. The online web version can be viewed from a PC or laptop with this download. Once downloaded and logged in, you can schedule which sessions you want to attend into your "personal schedule", view our Awards Showcase, Sponsor Spotlight, Career Connect to access job opportunities and have your resume reviewed and participate in games and other virtual events! Links to sessions and other conference content may not be available until July 13, 2020.

Question:	4) How do I log into the AZ Water Mobile App once downloaded?
Answer:	Enter your name and the email address that was used during conference registration then click "next". Check your email for the verification code and enter it to verify that you are a registered attendee of our conference.

Question:	5) Why do I have to enter a new verification code to the web version of the virtual conference each day?
Answer:	Verification codes expire within 24 hours and can only be used once. If you're logging in on multiple devices, you'll receive a new verification code for each. The timeframe is limited for privacy and security reasons. From the mobile app (smartphone/tablet), you should only need to enter the verification code once.

6) How can I save an icon for the web version of the conference to my desktop?

Answer:

a) Right-click on the desktop and select New >> Shortcut.
b) Enter the link https://event.crowdcompass.com/azwa93 in the "Type the location of the item" field and click on Next.
c) Type the name for the shortcut and click Finish.

Note: Whenever you click on the desktop icon, it will still ask you to log into the event and enter a verification code.

8) Why am I not receiving a verification code to log into the virtual conference?

Answer:

We have found 3 issues that may contribute to this problem:

a) Email address does not match our records. Contact eventcoordinator@azwater.org to verify email address.

b) The internet browser cache needs to be cleared or your computer needs to be rebooted.

c) The email is getting caught up in firewalls. Have your IT department whitelist the following IP Addresses and Domains.

Domains: crowdcompassmail.com, crowdcompass.mailgun.org, eur.crowdcompassmail.com
