Questions & Answers

Question: If I register using school funds is there a way to go back and add the PAC event and/or Lapel Pin and pay with my own monies?

YES!  All you need to do is use the e-mail and confirmation number to modify your registration.  From the main registration page, at the top of the page select "Already Registered?" and you can modify from there and buy with your own funds.

Question: Unfortunately, my coaches have once again changed my schedule and I need to cancel my registration. How do I cancel?

So sorry to hear that you are unable to join us!  Cancelling your registration can be done through the C-vent system and funds will be returned to the card used to make the reservation.  From the main registration page at the top select "Already Registered?", and using the e-mail and confirmation number, you can log-in and modify your registration.

All symposium refunds will be charged a 15% refund fee, if cancelled by February 22, 2019.  This will be an automatic fee reversal online to the same card used to purchase the registration.  There will be no refunds for cancellations after February 22, 2019.  This policy only applies to the clinical symposium.

For hotel reservation cancellations, please contact the hotel directly at (916)-326-5000

For Hit-the-Hill cancellations, please contact Laura Jassowski directly, ASAP at CATA.HTH@gmail.com

Question: Can I register a group and pay for all registrants together?

YES!  Start the registration with the first person, then as you complete the first registration, there will be a selection to "add person".  You can do this for all members of your group.  Once you finish adding people, it will review each registration before you pay.  Please note that the first person of the group will be the e-mail you will use for any future modifications to any of the registrants in the group.
