Registration fees include all sessions, committee meetings, coffee breaks, Monday reception and Tuesday luncheon.
Spouses and guests are welcome to attend the Monday reception (note the fee below for additional tickets).

Refunds will be issued, less a $50 cancellation fee, for all cancellations received in writing by March 16, 2012. No refunds will be issued thereafter.
