Our meeting is sponsored by Kayhan International
About our Program:
CEAS is a pre-event credentialing program, which authenticates critical business employees for access to restricted areas following a disaster or serious emergency using a secure identification card recognized by the police. Municipalities must adopt the CEAS Program for use in their jurisdiction before businesses can enroll in the Program and receive ID cards. The local authorities can implement CEAS following an emergency once immediate threats to life are stabilized. This presentation will familiarize you with the programs genesis, its operations as well as the requirements for both the government adopting it and the participants.
About our Speaker:
Joseph M. Aiello is Director of Program Development for the Business Network of Emergency Resources, Inc. (BNet) a not-for-profit firm dedicated to promoting public-private partnerships in emergency management and business continuity.
A key developer of the Corporate Emergency Access System (CEAS), Joe has been instrumental in developing and resourcing all versions of CEAS since its inception in 2000. CEAS is now recognized nationally as the only “affiliated access control system” that addresses the concerns of both the public and private sectors for post event access control.
