Bringing together research, treatment, and support
Everyone is welcome to join the one-day symposium on the topic of occupational stress injury. Geared towards front-line service providers, practitioners, not-for-profit agencies, researchers, staff, volunteers, and students; all will find immense benefit attending. Occupational stress injury, also known as compassion fatigue or burnout, occur frequently in people who work in the emergency services and if left untreated, can result in PTSD, addiction, and suicide.
