All exhibiting company personnel must be registered for name badges. Registration cannot occur without full payment of exhibiting fees. An exhibitor badge allows admission to the Trade Fair only. Three (3) complimentary exhibitor badges are provided per 10x10 booth. Additionally, one (1) full delegate badge is provided per 10x10 booth. A delegate badge allows admissions to the Trade Fair, sessions, and special events as noted on the event agenda. Additional exhibitor and delegate badges can be purchased. Exhibitor personnel interested in attending meeting sessions and special events must be registered as a paid delegate. Guest passes for exhibitor personnel will not be issued. 

*The purchase of a booth does NOT automatically register booth attendants for the Annual Meeting*

Mailing List 
Exhibitors can get a head start by e-mailing product information or invitations to their booth or special events in advance to Annual Meeting registrants. You may purchase the pre-registration mailing list for this purpose. Phone numbers and mailing addresses will not be included in the purchased information. Learning Lab - Cancelled 
The Learning Labs Stage is a unique opportunity for your company as exhibitor to present products and services to AASHTO attendees in an electrifying, fast-paced live showcase. 

Having a booth is great, but the platform that the Learning Lab provides is tough to beat as you engage potential customers by expanding their knowledge on a variety of hot topics, latest technology trends, best practices and case studies. 

Learning Labs, micro-sessions will be located the exhibit hall, let the attendees hear from you the industry experts.

You will receive a 10 minute time slot, pre-conference notice to all attendees, day of push notification via the mobile app, posted in the agenda, stage with microphone and  TV monitor to show case your product or services

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. I have hired a company to set-up my booth, will they need a name badge?
    • No, staff who will be setting up your booth during the Trade Fair set-up hours (pre-event hours) are not required to have a name badge or register for the event.
  2. I have invited the media to our booth. Are there any restrictions?
    • No. However, if a reporter will be coming to your booth to do a story on your product, please let us know. We would like to connect with them. 
  3. Is there a hash tag for the meeting?
    • Yes. Please use the hashtags #2017AASHTO or #2017AASHTOAnnual when posting about your participation in the meeting.
