Aberdeen’s Customer Experience and Service Management Research Team is proud to announce the theme for its 8th Annual Chief Service Officer Summit being held at the Seaport Hotel in Boston on October 22-23. The theme, Gr8 Service and the Customer Experience, pays tribute to the longevity of the event and the CSO community while focusing on increasing market focus on customer experience as an extension of service management.
The event will also feature the first ever Research Advisory Council-nominated topic on the agenda. Members of Aberdeen’s Global RAC community will vote on a research topic to be discussed at the 2013 CSO Summit.
Aberdeen’s Chief Service Officer (CSO) Summit continues to serve as the leading forum to elevate the profile of service, customer care and customer experience as a strategic driver within organizations. Any business executive responsible for the development of a Best-in-Class customer service and customer experience management ecosystem, encompassing field service, customer support, contact center, customer experience, service parts and service logistics, should attend and contribute to the ever- expanding CSO Community.
