Previously, Jeff was Vice President of Life Sciences at daVIZta, which merged with IntegriChain in March 2019, where he drives thought leadership activities for the firm. He is a senior member of IntegriChain’s client delivery organization and a valued advisor to our Product team. Jeff has more than 10 years of experience in the Managed Markets space and he draws on his extensive compliance and commercial contracting background to bring a unique perspective to the clients he assists. Jeff earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance & Economics from Penn State University.

Brad Burget is responsible for IntegriChain’s customer operations, data factory operations , data pipeline operations, project management operations, and professional services. He offers more than 20 years of experience in the life sciences and technology industries, leading large delivery teams as companies scaled to the next level. Brad specializes in creating customer-focused tactical delivery of business strategies in business intelligence, analytics, supply chain management, and life sciences. Previously, he served Vice President of Professional Services for Basys, a leading software-as-a-service provider for the life sciences market. Additionally, he was responsible for innovation programs including building out industry-leading business intelligence and guided analytics cloud offerings at Element Financial/PHH. Brad also served as VP and GM of the worldwide professional services organization for Liquent, the leading software platform for new drug application publishing, as well as in leadership roles in the supply chain consulting service provider, BAAN. He earned a BS degree in Physics from Iowa State University.

Lucas Dan

Lucas has been with IntegriChain for over 3.5 years, and currently leads the Data Science team. Prior to his time at IntegriChain, Lucas was a Senior Research Analyst at Community Behavioral Health before joining IntegriChain as a Data Scientist. Lucas moved up into his current role, Senior Data Scientist, Team Lead in 2017. Lucas has over 6 years of experience with Data Analytics, including expertise in SQL, Python and R. In his current role, Lucas leads a team of data scientists, with an emphasis on algorithmic development and predictive modeling. Lucas hold a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Connecticut College and a Master's Degree in Information and Data Science from the University of California, Berkeley.

Dharmesh Desai is Senior Account Manager at IntegriChain, having previously served as part of the IntegriChain Customer Success Management team, and provides on-going support to strategic accounts. Dharmesh is responsible for customer communication, training, usage planning, application support, and ensuring that customers get the maximum value and ROI from their IntegriChain subscription. Prior to joining IntegriChain in 2009, he worked for IMS Health for nine years in various customer-facing roles. Dharmesh earned his MBA from the Lebow College of Business at Drexel University.

Ed Doran is the Manager, Specialty Operations for IntegriChain within our Data Factory Operations team. Ed has been with IntegriChain for over 3 years, and has held several Analyst roles within our Customer Operations team before being promoted to his current role managing IntegriChain’s patient access operations earlier this year.

Ed is the subject matter expert for our Patient Access product offerings and provides our customers with expertise on specialty data sets including co-pay card utilization data, formulary and healthcare prescriber data, patient status data, bridge fill data, and HUB service specialty pharmacy data.

Ed earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Drexel University.

Gary Frustaci

Gary Frustaci leads the Operations team for IntegriChain's Payer segment. Gary was previous the Chief Delivery Officer for daVIZta, Inc., which merged with IntegriChain in March 2019, having an oversight of its product implementations, client support, and consulting services. He brings over 18 years of consulting experience specializing in the pharmaceutical sector and has successfully implemented and supported many contracting-related software systems. Gary has extensive knowledge in government pricing, customer master, contracts, data warehousing, and sales and marketing processes. He earned an MBA in Finance and Information Systems from NYU Stern School of Business and BS degrees in Industrial Engineering and Management Information Systems from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Joshua Halpern

Josh Halpern is responsible for IntegriChain’s strategic product direction, product management, sales, marketing, and business development. Previously, Josh was Vice President of Business Development for Internet Crimes Group, a data mining and analytics firm specializing in intellectual property and brand protection. At Internet Crimes Group, Josh successfully introduced new applications of the company’s platform in the pharmaceutical industry and in consumer markets. Josh is a leading expert in trade commerce and data and is a regular speaker at industry and government conferences and seminars. Josh is a graduate of Princeton University with a degree in History.

Mike is a Project Manager for IntegriChain and has been with the organization over a year and a half. Prior to this role at IntegriChain, Mike contributed to the IntegriChain Customer Operations team as a Program Manager.

Prior to IntegriChain, Mike managed customer insights and analysis at The Neat Company. He has also managed technical support systems and consulted on SaaS customer implementations throughout his career.

As Chief Executive Officer, Kevin is responsible for corporate management and leadership, strategic planning, organizing and coordination of the executive management team. He has spent the last 20 years building and launching software and services companies in the financial services, petroleum and pharmaceutical industries, some leading to IPOs. He has authored six books on Unix, the Internet and Java and has spoken at conferences and seminars around the world. Kevin holds a BS in Physics from Iowa State University and an MBA in International Business and Finance from the University of Chicago.

He is a Fellow of the Royal Statistical Society with GradStat status. His expertise includes a variety of statistical modelling methods, machine learning and data mining, being a long-time user of R.

Melissa is responsible for the commercial and product strategy for IntegriChain's Distribution business segment, tapping into her industry experience to create solutions that address today's access and trade challenges. Melissa has previously served in a number of areas at IntegriChain to service customers, from Customer Operations and Industry Solutions to Sales. Prior to joining IntegriChain, Melissa spent a year as Managing Partner of 12th Union Group, a boutique consulting firm focused on life science organizations. Prior to her consulting experience, she spent more than four years in leadership of Operations, Trade Services, and Analytics at Galderma, a global leader in medical solutions for skin health. Previously, she served 12 years at UPS in various Marketing and Data Services leadership roles. She earned a BA from Ohio Wesleyan University.

Krishnan ('Kita') Padmanabhan

Kita Padmanabhan is responsible for leading the Sales function for IntegriChain's Payer segment of the business. He is a subject matter expert on contracting, gross to net, and commercial strategy for life sciences. He is also knowledgeable in the government pricing and 340B areas. Kita was previously the Co-Founder, President & COO of daVIZta, Inc., which merged with IntegriChain in March 2019. Prior to founding daVIZta, Kita was an executive in the financial services industry, specifically related to brokerage and banking. Kita earned a Masters from the Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences in India and an MBA in Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business.

Erin Perry is the Executive Director of Access Management and Patient Services for IntegriChain. Erin has more than 14 years of experience in the bio/pharma industry and prior to joining IntegriChain, she was COO of MCT. Erin’s experience in the pharmaceutical industry began with reimbursement support program management for prior authorization and patient assistance programs. These programs included patient access program screening and qualifying patients for free or discounted product as well as the management and implementation of patient copayment rebate coupon fulfillment. Her vast exposure to various pharma organizations and product types have given Erin insight that allows her to assure manufacturers’ compliance with government price reporting regulations. Erin attended Chattahoochee Technical College and is currently pursuing a degree in management from Kennesaw State University, Coles College of Business.

Prior to joining IntegriChain, Tom spent five years as an R&D Product and Process Engineer in the medical device industry. Francis is a Director in PwC’s Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences practice with over 15 years of experience in the industry. He consults for pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers (generics, brand, specialty), and wholesalers/distributors. He specializes in contract, pricing, and revenue management including strategic planning and execution, policy definition, organizational design, process optimization and technology implementations. He led numerous diagnostic, design, and implementation initiatives for clients addressing the entire contracting and pricing continuum: contract and pricing strategy and deal modelling, CPQ, CLM, contract and revenue management/intelligence/insights (rebates, admin fee, chargebacks, membership maintenance), GP, and GTN optimization.

Sunay Shah offers a strong combination of healthcare technology experience combined with more than 18 years of pharmaceutical industry experience as he leads IntegriChain’s Product Management team to drive patient access through development and management of commercial data, analytics, and application products. Prior to joining IntegriChain, he was Senior Director, Analytics Product Development and Management at Medivo, a company that leverages clinical diagnostic data for advanced analytic solutions for the payer, diagnostics, and life sciences markets. Previously he was VP, Product Management, for MDLand, an electronic health record company, leading efforts to develop an electronic Hepatitis C care and management tool for New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. During an 11-year tenure at Merck, Sunay served in project management, engineering, and sales roles. He earned an MBA from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, a BS in Chemistry from New York University, and a BE in Chemical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Jen Sharpe leads the Revenue Analytics Collaborative at IntegriChain. Jen was previously Vice President of Revenue Analytics for daVIZta, before their merger with IntegriChain in 2019. Jen works to unite the industry’s collective intelligence by facilitating the Revenue Analytics Collaborative, which has over 700 industry colleagues from more than 225 manufacturers. Jen has been in the Gross-to-Net pharmaceutical space since 2003, spending a decade at a large pharma, implementing one of the first home-grown Gross-to-Net forecasting and accrual development applications. Jen is a trusted business partner to her clients in all areas of commercial and government data, forecasting, accrual management, analytics and reporting, as well as a frequent industry speaker. Jen earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and a Master's in Business Administration from Rider University.

Prior to joining IntegriChain, she spent time with a Supply Chain and Optimization Planning software company, serving as Project Manager for software implementations. Jaci has a strong Project Management background and brings supply chain account management experience to the table from the CPG world.

Sarah Starr is responsible for IntegriChain’s Professional Services and Customer Operations organizations. Sarah is a seasoned technology executive with more than 20 years of experience in customer success and client services, including more than 10 years in key leadership positions. Most recently, she was Director of Client Services, Professional Services for iPipeline (a Thoma Bravo company), where she was responsible for senior customer relationships and software delivery for Fortune 500 clients and smaller enterprises. Prior to joining iPipeline, Sarah served as Head of Operations for Pepperjam (formerly eBay), where she led seven M&A and exit transactions in a single year. Previously, she was a member of the eBay leadership team, serving in a number of executive positions including Global Separation Lead for eCommerce Divestiture – Marketing and Vice President of Client Delivery Operations. She also served as Vice President of Client Services for TrueAction, a GSI Commerce Company, prior to its acquisition by eBay. Sarah earned a BA from Ursinus College.

John Still serves as IntegriChain's Executive Director of Services. He previously founded PharmaMetrics, Inc., and served as its President and CEO until being acquired by IntegriChain. With more than 24 years of experience in business analysis and pricing methodology within the Managed Care and Managed Markets of the pharmaceutical industry, John has a deep understanding of both the financial and operational ends of the business. Prior to launching PharmaMetrics, John spent more than 12 years at Rhone-Poulenc Rorer (currently Sanofi) and was responsible for all aspects of managed care and managed markets contract analysis across business channels. John has had articles published in Pharmaceutical Commerce and Pharmaceutical Executive magazines. He holds an MBA in Finance from Drexel University and a BA in Economics from Westminster College.

As Executive Director, Data Factory Operations, William is responsible for IntegriChain's Data Science, Master Data, Base Data Loading and QA Support (Distribution & Market Access), Enriched Data/Inventory Analytic's offerings, Specialty Operations departments. The factory comprises nearly 30 of IntegriChain's best and brightest data minds. Prior to joining IntegriChain, William served as Director, Data Governance & QC at Veeva Systems where he was responsible for the Open Data provider and account data quality owning their best-of-breed algorithms for provider name, address, and specialty details. He earned his MBA from Fox School of Business at Temple University with concentrations in Strategic Management and Operations and BS degree from Xavier University - Williams College of Business in Management and Entrepreneurship. He also is a Six Sigma Black Belt and a certified Project Management Professional.

Rich is the Founder and CEO of Two Labs. He leads the team by providing the overall strategy for the company and conveying Two Labs’ values to every team member. His ultimate life goal is to continue to help people and make individual lives better. At a grand level, Two Labs enables him to help a broad group of patients, access pharma products more easily through his work with pharma manufacturers. At a more granular level, Two Labs enables him to hire, promote, train, develop and improve the lives of the people he works with.
Rich has a B.S. in Business from Skidmore College and a Master’s Degree in Accounting from George Mason University. He resides in Ohio with his wife, two sons, daughter and Labrador retriever, Barnaby, the office mascot. Rich and his wife are dedicated to improving the lives of others through charitable endeavors and have created the Two Labs Foundation (providing financial support to a variety of a nonprofit organizations); Anna’s Forever Families http://www.anasforeverfamilies.org/ (a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that assists people in adopting children with special needs); and www.RewardGoodDeeds.org (recognizing good deeds in the community through a “pay it forward” approach).

David Weiss, a software industry veteran, is Executive Director of Industry Solutions and is charged with leading IntegriChain’s effort to provides pre-sales business consulting to life sciences manufacturers in the areas of needs assessment, analytics design, and value engineering. David has 25 years of broad experience in pharmaceutical/medtech channel, trade, contract, and government price compliance both as a consultant and solution provider. Prior to IntegriChain, David led the solutions and product marketing organizations at Model N, SAP, and IDS as well as spent five years as a management consultant for PWC, KPMG, and Knowledgent. He holds a dual MBA in Corporate Finance and Information Systems Management.

Carrie Wisler

Caroline is a PMI Certified Project Management Professional with many years of managing large implementations across several industries. Prior to joining IntegriChain earlier this year, she was responsible for overhauling Campbell’s commercialization process. Caroline’s major achievements at Campbell include serving as a Program Manager, overseeing a team of 8 project managers tasked with completing a complex implementation of the FDA's new Nutrition Facts panel.

Caroline holds a Bachelor’s Degree from University of Richmond, and is pursuing a Master’s of Business Administration from Villanova University.

Shekhar Yerramilli

Shekhar Yerramilli is responsible for leading the strategy and product vision for the Payer Segment in IntegriChain as well as for ensuring successful execution of the strategy to achieve organizational goals. Shekhar is a seasoned business leader and a Life Sciences Revenue Cycle Management expert with more than 20 years of industry experience. Most recently, Shekhar was the co-founder and CEO of daVIZta, a Life Sciences Revenue Analytics firm, which he led from its bootstrapped start-up days to a successful merger with IntegriChain in March 2019. Shekhar holds an MBA degree from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and an Engineering degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
