The ACCME has partnered with Direct Travel to handle travel reservations for its volunteers attending ACCME events. Please contact Rebecca Bennett at Direct Travel (email@example.com or 773/380-0150 or 800/847-2343) to make your travel reservations, which are direct billed to the ACCME.
If you are interested in utilizing Direct Travel's online reservations tool, please contact Desiree Banks (firstname.lastname@example.org or 312/527-9200).
Please review your travel itinerary upon receipt to ensure it accurately reflects the correct dates, flight schedule, fares and/or accommodations you requested. Direct Travel is not liable for discrepancies not reported within 24 hours of transmittal of your travel itinerary.
If you choose to NOT use ACCME's travel agent (Direct Travel, email@example.com or 773/380-0150 or 800/847-2343), you must still contact them to obtain a quote. Please include that quote with your expense report--it will set the maximum reimbursement level for your airfare.
Your expense report may be submitted via Certify (an online tool) or via hard copy using our form linked here. If you would like more information about Certify, please contact Desiree Banks (firstname.lastname@example.org or 312/527-9200).

The Board will be housed at the Hilton Garden Inn located at 10 East Grand Avenue (directly across the street from ACCME's offices), and your hotel room charges will be direct billed to the ACCME. You will be asked to pay for incidental charges and submit them on your expense report form.
If your stay incorporates additional nights for personal reasons, the ACCME is happy to place a request to extend your reservation but cannot guarantee rooms will be available or available at group rates. You will be responsible for paying the hotel directly for the additional nights upon check-out.
