The 2012 ACCSC Professional Development Conference will be held September 10-12, 2012 in San Diego California!
Now in its sixth year, ACCSC’s Professional Development Conference (PDC) remains a membership-driven event that provides an opportunity for leaders at ACCSC-accredited institutions to learn more about proven strategies and effective techniques to enhance the services they provide to their students each and every day, and to collaboratively work with ACCSC as we collectively strive to provide meaningful educational opportunities for these very same students who deserve our best efforts.
Some of the many benefits of attending this year’s PDC include:
- Opportunities for the membership to engage with the Commission on the myriad of accreditation activities that have occurred throughout the year;
- Information regarding the policy positions taken by ACCSC;
- Connect with other accredited institutions on best practices in the PDC’s focus areas: Administration, Compliance, Education and Student Services, and Community;
- Interact directly with the leadership of the Commission about the momentous changes in the legislative and regulatory landscape within the higher education community, especially with regard to for-profit institutions.
Additionally, the PDC affords the Commission with an opportunity to recognize and celebrate the contributions and significant achievements of ACCSC-accredited institutions and several outstanding individuals.
