Payments: All payments for the PDC are due Friday, August 31, 2012. Payments received after this date will be subject to a late fee.
Transfer and Cancellations: If you cannot attend the PDC, you may transfer your registration to another person or cancel in writing seven days prior to the scheduled workshop. A non-refundable $25 cancellation fee will be assessed for cancellations.
