    •  Cancellation will result in a $400 cancellation fee per registrant. 

    •  If payment is received at the time of written notice, you can substitute a participant for a cancellation up to three (3) weeks prior to the start of the program. 
    •  We must receive your written notice of cancellation or substitution to registrations@fminet.com. 

    *You now have the option to register multiple employees for sessions throughout the year at the same time.
