ACU 2018 Annual Conference


The 2018 ACU Registration fee includes admission to the pre-conference workshops, general sessions, all workshop education sessions, the welcome reception on Sunday evening, refreshment breaks, two breakfasts and luncheons (Monday & Tuesday only), and transportation to Capitol Hill. In addition, all attendees receive a USB flash drive loaded with the workshop speaker presentations.

Discounts are being offered to ACU Members that register to attend the meeting.  If you are not a member of ACU, please consider joining ACU to SAVE money on your conference registration!  To become an ACU member, please join here.

  • If you are an ACU Member that attended last year's meeting, get a $200 DISCOUNT off the listed rates!
  • If you are an ACU Member attending for the first time, get a $100 DISCOUNT off the listed rates!

These discounts will populate automatically when you enter your ACU Member ID.

Terms and Cancellation Policy

  • Online Registration will close on Friday, July 20, 2018.  After this date, attendees must register on-site at the conference.
  • The promotional Student Rate of $25 is for the first 50 student registrations only, or until Friday, June 8th, whichever is reached first. The discounted rate will automatically be shown for the first 50 student registrations. Once the cap has been reached, the rate will return to the regular level.
  • Early bird registration ends on Friday, June 8th and conference fees increase thereafter. Early bird registration fee payments (credit card or check payments) must be received by June 8th to receive the discounted rates.  If registering close to the deadline date, please use a credit card for payment to ensure the early bird registration discount.
  • For member and non-member attendees, there is a $100 cancellation fee if registrations are cancelled by June 29, 2018.  Student cancellation fee is $25 if cancelled by June 29, 2018. After this date, no refunds will be issued, however, registration substitutions will be allowed at no cost.  To register a replacement, please modify your registration or contact Cindy Martin

Payments Options

Attendees may pay by credit card or check.  To pay online with a credit card, go through the Paypal link provided at check out.  A Paypal account is not needed.  VISA, Mastercard, Discover Card, and AMEX are accepted.

To receive the early bird registration discount, payment MUST be received prior to the EARLY BIRD discount deadline date, JUNE 8,2018.  If paying by check, ACU should receive your check for EARLY BIRD registration no later than JUNE 8, 2018.  Please select Credit Card payment, if necessary, to ensure that payment is received prior to the Early Bird discount deadline date.
