ACU 2019 Annual Conference


****Online Registration is now closed but on-site registration will open at 10:00am, Sunday, July 28 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Washington, DC.**** 

The 2019 ACU Registration fee includes admission to the general sessions, all workshop education sessions, the conference reception, refreshment breaks, two continental breakfasts and luncheons (Monday & Tuesday only), and transportation to Capitol Hill. In addition, all attendees will have access to the workshop speaker presentations.

A Pre-Conference Leadership Workshop will take place on Sunday, July 28.  There is a $100 fee to attend the pre-conference workshop and registration is required.

Terms and Cancellation Policy

  • Online Registration will close on Friday, July 19, 2019.  After this date, attendees must register on-site at the conference. 
  • For member and non-member attendees, there is a $100 cancellation fee if registrations are cancelled by July 1, 2019.  Student cancellation fee is $25 if cancelled by July 1, 2019. After this date, no refunds will be issued, however, registration substitutions will be allowed at no cost.  To register a replacement, please modify your registration or contact Cindy Martin
  • Early bird registration ended on Friday, June 14th and conference fees increased thereafter. Early bird registration fee payments (credit card or check payments) must be received by June 14th to receive the discounted rates.

Payments Options

Attendees may pay by credit card or check.  To pay online with a credit card, go through the Paypal link provided at check out.  A Paypal account is not needed.  VISA, Mastercard, Discover Card, and AMEX are accepted.

To receive the early bird registration discount, payment MUST be received prior to the EARLY BIRD discount deadline date, JUNE 14, 2019.  If paying by check, ACU should receive your check for EARLY BIRD registration no later than JUNE 14, 2019.  Please select Credit Card payment, if necessary, to ensure that payment is received prior to the Early Bird discount deadline date.
