ACU 2019 Annual Conference

Stronger Teams, Healthier Communities

The Association of Clinicians for the Underserved (ACU) will hold its 2019 Annual Conference July 28 - 31, 2019 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Washington, DC. Mark your calendar to attend this educational and informative conference.

This conference will bring together hundreds of clinical leaders from across the country, all with an interest in expanding access and improving care for the underserved. The meeting is a special opportunity for clinicians of all disciplines to come together and discuss the unique opportunities and challenges of providing care in underserved areas. ACU’s focus on a transdisciplinary approach to providing the highest quality of care to underserved populations also provides an exciting opportunity for speakers and presenters to engage with a wide range of passionate professionals.

This year’s conference theme is Stronger Teams, Healthier Communities. ACU recognizes the large role that your organizations play in creating healthier individuals, families, neighborhoods, and communities of many kinds. Ongoing development of the healthcare team through support, training, and new ideas will help us all thrive.

The Annual Conference will begin at 8:00am on Monday, July 29 and adjourn at 5:00pm on Tuesday, July 30. Committee meetings, Board meetings, and a special Leadership development pre-conference will take place on Sunday, July 28, and a Hill Briefing and visits will take place on Wednesday, July 31.
