ACU 2019 Annual Conference


The 2019 ACU Annual Conference will be held at the Four Seasons Hotel - Washington, D.C. The hotel is nestled amidst the historical treasures of the nation’s capital and located in the heart of the hip and historic Georgetown neighborhood. The Four Seasons Hotel offers unparalleled access to D.C.’s inspiring monuments and historic sites as well as the eclectic charm of upscale shops, restaurants and galleries.

A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved at the Four Seasons Hotel at the special room rate of $219 for the ACU Conference attendees. This group rate is available (3) days pre- and post-conference based on room availability. In order to book a room at the special rate of $219, plus applicable taxes, attendees must book their room no later than JULY 8, 2019. After this date, rooms will only be offered if available, at the prevailing Four Seasons' rate (currently $502/night). Please note that the Four Seasons Hotel has a limited number of (2) bed rooms.

In order to utilize all of the blocked rooms and best serve our attendees, the following housing policies will be in effect:

  • Attendees may only book (1) room per person. Each reservation must have a unique name.
  • Name changes may be made to room reservations prior to arrival at no charge.
  • A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each individual’s reservation.
  • Cancellations MUST be made at least (3) working days prior to arrival with a cancellation number obtained in order for the deposit to be refunded.
