We have now SOLD OUT the Four Season Hotel!! So ACU has made arrangements for overflow rooms at the Fairmont Washington, DC, Georgetown located at 2401 M Street, NW, Washington, DC. The hotel is a 10 minutes walk to the Four Seasons. A special room rate of $179 plus applicable taxes is available, with free internet. Please note that this low rate is only available because there is a NON-REFUNDABLE ONE NIGHT ROOM AND TAX charged when you book a room.  Cancellation is 24 hours prior to the arrival date but the one night's room and tax will not be refunded. If you cancel within the 24 hours prior to the arrival date, the entire booked stay will be charged. These rooms are available through JULY 15, 2019.

In order to utilize all of the blocked rooms and best serve our attendees, the following housing policies will be in effect:

  • Attendees may only book (1) room per person. Each reservation must have a unique name.
  • Name changes may be made to room reservations prior to arrival at no charge.
  • A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each individual’s reservation.
  • Cancellations MUST be made at least (3) working days prior to arrival with a cancellation number obtained in order for the deposit to be refunded.
