Answer: Charges will appear on your credit card statement as coming from ADEPTICON or AWC.

Answer: You cannot request a refund on tickets within 24 hours of purchase. The original transaction MUST resolve before a refund can be properly processed.

If you receive a 'Refund Failure for AdeptiCon 2020' email, don't worry, we are fully aware of the request. We process failed refunds and payments every other day. Your refund will be resolved at that time.
Question: How do I add or change events after I have registered?
Answer: Click the Already Registered? link at the bottom of the AdeptiCon Web Cart

and login using your email address and confirmation number. Click the Modify button at the top. This will walk you through the registration process again. Add the event sessions and/or merchandise you are interested in. You can also use this same procedure to add people to your registration group. If you have any trouble, please contact
Question: How do the wait lists for events work?
Answer: After an event sells out the wait list feature becomes available. Attendees with an AdeptiCon Badge can add themselves to any wait list. There are no fees associated with adding yourself to a wait list, nor will that event conflict with other events already on your agenda.

When a ticket becomes available, you will be sent an email notifying you of the opening with instructions on how to secure the ticket. This must be done within 5 days or the ticket will be offered to the next person on the wait list.

Most events have a maximum wait list capacity of 25, but this is higher for some larger events.

You can view the current wait lists here. This document is updated roughly once a week.
