This four part seminar deals with issues and concerns in the operation of AFC and group homes with special focus on nutrition, food sanitation, and food preparation; interpersonal management skills; accounting and management practices; and fire code issues pertaining to the operation of an AFC home. Sixteen (16) CEUs have been approved. (8 CEUs each session)
State required training for all Adult Foster Care Providers. Two 8 hour trainings to receive 16 credits.
