AdvancED Indiana Continuous Improvement System 2017-2018
Beginning July 2017, AdvancED will implement a new continuous improvement system. The focus of the AdvancED Continuous Improvement System (CIS) is to provide institutions with a continuous process of improvement that includes guidance and support. These changes will help institutions move from an event-driven process in which every institution must meet the same expectations for internal and external review to a continuous improvement system in which each institution can personalize and customize the experience based on their vision and long-term strategic goals and objectives. This workshop is designed to help schools and systems with Engagement Reviews in 2017-18 learn about the CIS and will enable them to begin their improvement journey. Participants will learn about the School Quality Factors (SQF) that will serve as the roadmap for continuous improvement as well as the surveys, diagnostics and tools available in eProve™ (which now replaces ASSIST™). Teams are encouraged to attend as work time will be built into the presentation to enable schools and systems to organize and plan their work.
