Advanced Metallization Conference
Make your plans now to participate in the Advanced Metallization Conference (AMC), being held October 9-11, 2012 at the College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering (CNSE) of the University at Albany, Albany, NY. This will be the 29th conference in a series devoted to leading-edge research in the field of advanced metallization and 3-D integration for ULSI IC applications. The objective of this conference is to provide a forum for open discussion of important issues affecting state-of-the-art and future directions in interconnect systems.
