The Advanced Trauma Life Support® Provider Course is a two-day educational program designed for Physicians, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistants who are primarily responsible for managing the critically-injured patient.

Initial assessment and management of specific injuries are presented through lecture and skill stations. The participant observes and practices to proficiency, those life-saving skills necessary in the initial management and stabilization of the trauma victim.

Provider Accreditation

As an organization accredited for continuing medical education by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education, the American College of Surgeons designates this continuing medical activity as meeting the criteria for Category 1 and the following numbers of credits: ATLS® Student: 17 hours ATLS Approved by the American College of Emergency Physicians for ACEP category 1 credit.
