REGISTRATION Registrations will be accepted in the order received and written confirmation will be mailed by the Division of Continuing Health Professional Education. No registration will be accepted without prepayment or applicable prerequisites. Advance study materials and an agenda will be sent by registered mail approximately two to three weeks prior to the course. Fees include tuition, study materials, and scheduled breaks, light breakfasts and luncheons. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY No refunds will be made for cancellation however, a prepaid registrant may send a qualified substitute if the UMMC Division of Continuing Health Professional Education is notified before the course begins. In the event of an emergency, a registrant may transfer enrollment to the next available course. Registrants will only be allowed to transfer once; registration fee will be forfeited thereafter. PROGRAM LOCATION AND ACCOMMODATIONS A map indicating campus site and parking will be mailed with registration confirmation. Registrants are responsible for their own overnight accommodations.
