Our team creates global events that will impress and inspire you with its host of incredible speakers, performers, venues and activities. Registration includes meals, transportation & activities throughout the Experiences event. Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to the location of the event & hotel accommodations. Please check our website for details on the itinerary, recommended hotel, and additional travel ideas, that will be updated regularly.

We believe that each person who attends our event deserves to have their experience enriched on every level, including their interaction with fellow attendees. This is why we ask all registrants to complete an online application form that tells us something about their interests, pursuits, projects and ideas. Bringing together an eclectic diverse group of passionate individuals, we’ll offer you value through not only what is witnessed and observed, but through meaningful exchange with like-minded participants who will connect and contribute to this collective, life-changing experience.
The registration fee includes all programming: speaker sessions, breakout activities and evening events, and also includes all meals (except breakfast) and alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages.
All fees exclude hotel and air. Full refunds will be given for any application that is not approved. Once your registration has been approved, we’ll notify you via email within 10 business days of receipt. Given that space is very limited for this exclusive event, we encourage serious application only.
For approved registrants, all cancellations will be subject to a 15% administration fee made 30 days or more prior to the event date. Any cancellation made less than 30 days before the event date is non-refundable and unused registrations cannot be credited to future years or events. All cancellations must be made in writing to email@example.com.
Transfers to another person are allowed; however, since we are curating the attendee list, AFAR reserves the right to decline any transfer request if they do not meet the AFAR Experiences attendee criteria. Complete details of the Request for Transfer must be made in writing no later than 30 days prior to the event date to firstname.lastname@example.org and must include reasons why the Transferee is equally suitable to attend.
