Providing decent, affordable housing is a significant thread in the larger local and regional community fabric. Where this thread intertwines with other relevant community and economic development services, communities are more sustainable, healthy and vibrant places to live, work and stay.
BBVA Compass and the Housing Assistance Council invite you to participate in a Housing Resource Development luncheon from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM (Central) on October 20, 2016 in Nacogdoches, Texas. The Affordable Housing Resources Development session will assemble local housing development practitioners, advocates, funders, policymakers, as well as other stakeholders for a comprehensive session focused on examination of affordable housing and supportive services, particularly as it relates to rural development, with particular attention on addressing challenges, best practices and opportunities for greater collaboration—essential to the production, provision and sustainability of affordable housing.
