Attendees can sign-up for one workshop or both. In the first session, you’ll outline and work on your annual development plan so plan to bring your executive director, development committee chair, or key members of your fundraising team. In the second session, you’ll develop a budget and performance metrics that match your development plan. This strategy allows you to make sure the expectations set for you and your team match the plan.

 

Workshop pricing:

$60 for both workshops for AFP members
$80 for both workshops for non-members

$35 for each workshop for AFP members
$45 for each workshop for non-members

This new intensive two-part series will:
