Please Note:

1:1 meetings with delegation members will be scheduled on a first-come; first-served basis.  Each 1:1 meeting will be for 10 minutes.  Each delegation member will have approximately 8 time slots of available meeting time.  Each U.S. Industry representative company may schedule a maximum of 5 meetings.  Once a delegation member has booked their 8 meetings arranged, no additional meetings for that delegation member will be scheduled.  A time keeper in the room will let everyone know when their 10 minutes has expired.  Each U.S. Industry representative will have 2 minutes to move to their next appointment.  If your company has more than one representative in attendance we ask you participate together in meeting delegation members and not schedule individual meetings.
