2019 CBF General Assembly

Available Registration Types: 

- Registration for 1-2 Kids (Cost determined by Age Level of each child)

- Family Pack Registration (3+ Kids) (Cost = $275 for 3 or more children of and age level & includes Wednesday Night Childcare)

What You Need to Complete This Regristration

You will need:
  • A photo (front and back) of your child(ren)'s medical insurance card
  • A group photo of all children and adults attending General Assembly (for security measures during pick-up and drop-off)
  • Approximate date of your child(ren)'s last Tetanus shot
  • Name and phone number of your family physician 
  • Child(ren)'s t-shirt size(s)
  • Emergency contact information 

 

Preschool Assembly

For children from birth to rising 5K  
Cost: $100/child
  • Registration fee includes two full days of age-specific programming, fun, and personalized care from trained childcare providers.
  • Preschool Assembly runs concurrent with adult programming including breaks for lunch and dinner with families.
  • There are 50 slots for infants through rising kindergarteners available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all slots are full, names will be placed on a waiting list.
  • Note: All childcare providers must pass a background check to work with children and youth at CBF’s General Assembly.  
  • Wednesday Night Childcare: We are providing childcare during Wednesday night's worship service for children in Preschool and Children's Age Level Assemblies. You will be given the opportunity to choose this option for your child(ren) during this registration process. The cost is $10/child. 


Youth Assembly

Youth entering 6th/7th grade through completed 12th grade
Cost: $130/youth
  • The choice for rising 6th graders to be registered for Children’s OR Youth Assembly is up to parents’ discretion – if unsure, you may follow your church programming.
  • Registration fee includes two full days of age-specific programming, field trips, mission service, lunch, snacks, and personalized care from trained youth workers.
  • Youth Assembly runs concurrent with adult programming and concludes each day at 5:30. There will be no evening sessions.
  • Field trip locations are TBD.
  • There are 50 slots for Youth Assembly for rising 6th/7th graders through completed 12th graders. Once all slots are full, names will be placed on a waiting list.
  • Note: All youth workers must pass a background check to work with children and youth at CBF’s General Assembly.
