AHAA’s Managing Business Activities for Improved Patient Care 2018
The purpose of Managing Business Activities for Improved Patient Care was to enable the participant to identify several ways to become a better leader in the audiology clinic. The participant was able to identify where their patients came from, how to allocate resources, defined business goals, demonstrated how to communicate goals with staff, measured critical KPI’s, and applied techniques to increase employee performance to improve patient care.
