$525.00 EPA regulations require that all asbestos bulk samples collected from public, commercial and school facilities be obtained by an Accredited AHERA Building Inspector. An Accredited AHERA Building Inspector is required to determine the presence and location of asbestos containing materials in a building and to write the report to document these findings. This EPA-accredited 3-day (24 hour) course satisfies the requirements outlined in the EPA 40 CFR 763 regulation (AHERA/ASHARA). Personnel who would benefit from this certification include industrial hygienists, engineers, asbestos abatement contractors, architects, property managers, regulatory personnel and environmental consultants. The initial course requires successful completion of the class and a final exam score of 70% or higher.
