AHMA-NCH MOR Training - November 7 in Oakland

The MOR is back!

It has probably been a while since your last MOR. You may not even remember what it is. If you are newer to affordable housing management, you may not even know what it is. Whether you do or not -- things have changed, it’s coming, and it’s a big deal!

HUD uses the MOR to measure how you are executing its requirements.

In this training, we will discuss how to prepare for a Management and Occupancy Review. Join us to learn:

*What is a MOR
*How and why HUD uses it
*Who conducts it and how
*Common findings
*How to always be prepared
*What will be required before, on the day of, and after the MOR
*How to answer any findings you might receive

Make sure your management staff is knowledgeable and prepared – register them for this training now!
