Full payments must be paid to be considered for an abstract submission and prior to the start of the symposium.

Payments may be made online with major credit cards or by checks made payable to "Penn State University".  Please mail checks to:

Refunds will be made in full for cancellations received by May 1, 2020. Cancellations received May 2-May 17, 2020 will be assessed a 25% cancellation fee and will be refunded 75% of the payment. Cancellations received May 18-June 1 will be assessed a 50% cancellation fee and refunded 50% of the payment.

No refunds will be issued on or after June 2, 2020 nor will they be given for no-shows. The credit card used at the time of payment will be the only credit card refunded. No cash or checks will be dispersed for a credit card refund.


The University reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. If any event is canceled or postponed, the University will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges or expenses including cancellation/change charges assessed by travel agents or airlines.
