Emmes is known for its valuable contributions to the field of public health, with efforts that span a wide range of disease areas and include support for over a thousand clinical trials. At the heart of the company are over 500 employees, who come from diverse fields and work together toward the common goal of improving treatment options and making a genuine difference in the quality of human health and disease prevention. The 2016 All Hands Awards provide us all with an opportunity to recognize some of the remarkable individuals who make up our extraordinary interdiscipliniary team. This year there are five award categories: President's Leadership, Best Idea, Morale, Collaboration and New Emmessary. These are in addition to the Public Health Impact and Business Development awards, which are recognized separately. Please consider nominating yourself, a colleague or team that you feel exemplifies one of the award categories described below.
The All Hands Awards (AHA) Committee led by Don Vena and co-chaired by Yvonne Evans and Carla Casey, was formed to help define the award criteria, encourage and solicit nominations and select the awardees.
The Committee’s mandate is to raise award awareness in the Emmes community, implement a transparent and accessible process for Emmesaries to nominate colleagues and broaden the awardee pool.
Committee members, selected by the Committee leader, will rotate annually. Members will remain anonymous during the nominating process.
