Please Note:

We require all exhibitors to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) verifying your company's insurance coverage meets or exceeds our event's insurance requirements. A COI is due to us no later than 30 days prior to the event. After we have accepted your registration as an exhibitor, you will receive a request via email from insurance@alliancefranchisebrands.com to register with our insurance tracking system, myCOI. You may upload your COI directly to myCOI or enter your insurance agent's information so they receive the request to upload the COI.

Your insurance policies must name Allegra Network LLC as additional insured, as well as any affiliates Allegra designates. Such policies may not be cancelled or altered without 30 days’ prior written notice to us and the dates of the event must fall within the term of such policies. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of your exhibitor’s contract for specific insurance requirements.  

Exhibitor Insurance Requirements – 2020 Convention

General Liability

  • Each occurrence - $1,000,000
  • Personal & Advertising Injury - $500,000
  • Damage to Rented Premises - $250,000
  • Waiver of Subrogation applies to Allegra Network LLC, and their respective officers, employees and agents.

Property

  • Property coverage is required for exhibit and display materials.
  • Property Waiver of Subrogation required (also known as Transfer Rights of Recovery) in favor of Allegra Network LLC, and their respective officers, employees and agents. 

Certificate Holder

  • Certificate holder name/address: Allegra Network LLC, 47585 Galleon Drive Plymouth, MI 48170.

Additional Insured

  • Allegra Network LLC must be named Additional Insured on all policies.
