The following schedule will be adhered to in response to requests:

A supplier who cancels their Convention Registration before Friday, November 29, 2019 can either:

A - Receive 75% of the Registration Fee back

or

B - Put 100% of the Registration Fee towards 2021 Convention

 

A supplier who cancels their Convention Registration before Friday, December 13, 2019 can either:

A - Receive 50% of the Registration Fee back

or

B - Put 100% of the Registration Fee towards 2021 Convention.

 

A Supplier who cancels their Convention Registration before Friday, January 3, 2020 can put 100% of the Registration Fee towards 2021 Convention.

 

A Supplier who cancels after January 3, 2020 cannot receive a refund on the Registration Fee.
