Then click on the Add Appointment button, select the session you wish to schedule your meeting, Select a Start time for your meeting, Select Add Attendee, leave your criteria blank and click search to see all available managers for that session, select the manager you wish to meet with during this time. Scroll all the way to the bottom to select the Add to Appointment Button. Once you click this button it will send an appointment request to the manager. Once the manager accepts the request then it will show up on your My Agenda Calendar. The meeting tables will be assigned before the Summit so there is no need for you to select a location at this time.
