Marketing involves trying to change a behavior, no matter what you are selling. When you have a product, you can use features and benefits to influence the change. However, marketing an idea is harder to cut through the noise - that's where Design Thinking can be a very powerful method of persuasion.
If you've ever struggled to get your customers to take action—whether B2B or B2C—you don’t want to miss out! Join us at the November luncheon and you’ll head back to the office with actionable insights including:
•How to apply Design Thinking on limited resources.
•What to do when your target market says one thing but does another.
•Ways to shift your visual and verbal cues to change behaviors.
Non-profit marketing executive Lawrence Swiader will share from his experience with Design Thinking on leading a team to "rebrand" birth control via the website Bedsider.org.
Space is limited, reserve your seat now. Reminder, this luncheon is on a special date: FRIDAY, November 18th, so that you can attend both Internet Summit and the AMA Luncheon.
About the Speaker:
Swiader has spent his career studying the intersection of technology, media, education, and how it can better people’s lives.
